1. Booking<\/h2>\n\n

The booked cottage will be reserved for your during the specified period. With your payment you confirm the definite booking and the agreement of the rental agreements. <\/p>\n\n

2. Data protection when booking via this website<\/h2>\n\n

When booking the holiday home through this website, personal data about you will be collected, stored and shared where necessary. By accepting this tenant agreement, you also accept our privacy policy<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

3. Arrival\/Departure<\/h2>\n\n

Check-in:<\/strong> On the day of arrival the cottage is available to you the earliest from 3 p.m.<\/strong> or by arraignment with the landlord.<\/p>\n\n

Check out:<\/strong> On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the holiday home by 10:00 AM<\/strong> in a broom-clean condition, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord<\/p>\n\n

4. Facilities<\/h2>\n\n

The cottage is fully furnished. The house has heating and a central warm water supply. Rowing boat, W-Lan badtunna and Sauna is included in the rent. <\/p>\n\n

5. Additional costs<\/h2>\n\n

The additional costs (electricity, water, firewood) are included in the rent.<\/p>\n\n

6. Motorhomes<\/h2>\n\n

We do not have permission for additional overnight stays or guests in motorhomes. We ask our guests to respect this. <\/p>\n\n

7. Damages<\/h2>\n\n

The tenant is liable for all damages and loss to the rental object or inventory caused by him or his fellow travelers by intent or negligence. The tenant is obliged inform the landlord about the damage. Arisen damages are to be repaired or replaced. <\/p>\n\n

8. Liability<\/h2>\n\n

Participation in sports and other vacation activities as well as activities in and around the lake is your own responsibility. You should check equipment, playground equipment and vehicles before using them. The owners are not liable for accidents that occur during vacation activities or on the premises of Belse 3572. We recommend that you take out appropriate accident insurance if you do not already have it. <\/p>\n\n

9. Pets<\/h2>\n\n

Dogs are allowed to be brought along. If you do not have your dog safely under control, you must leash it out of consideration for neighbors or other guests. The respective tenant is liable for any scratch damage, stains on carpets, furniture, etc. Please note that the house must be cleaned of pet hair before departure, even if a final cleaning is included. We ask you not to take your dog into the bedroom out of consideration for the other tenants. <\/p>\n\n

Please note the veterinary regulations for entry into Sweden. Currently, each animal must have a veterinary certificate stating that the animal has been vaccinated against rabies at least one and no more than twelve months before arrival. Other pets on request.<\/p>\n\n

10. Payment conditions<\/h2>\n\n

The invoice amount is to be paid directly at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n

11. Deposit<\/h2>\n\n

We deliberately waive a deposit and trust you. Please let us know if you broke something. Thank you very much.<\/p>\n\n

12. Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n

If you withdraw from the rental contract or you or a substitute participant does not start the trip, we charge the following cancellation fees:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • From the booking date until 30 days before the rental commencement: 30% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of SEK 1000.-<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • From 30 to 3 days before the start of the journey: 80% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of SEK 1000.-<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In case of later cancellation or no-appearance: 100% of the invoice amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    The cancellation becomes effective on the day we receive it. If the object is taken over late, the entire invoice amount remains owed.<\/p>\n\n

    13. Postponement of reservation<\/h2>\n\n

    According to the Swedish Consumer Protection Agency, owners are not obliged to postpone booked dates or reservations and to re-credit made deposits, unless this has been agreed directly with the owners as a gesture of goodwill.<\/p>\n\n

    14. Lagal<\/h2>\n\n

    The rental agreements are subject to Swedish consumer protection. In the event of a legal dispute, Swedish law shall apply. These conditions apply to direct bookings via the website www.belsesj\u00f6n.com.<\/p>\n\n

    15. Recommendation<\/h2>\n\n

    We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance or travel insurance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
